معرفی/Introduction:مَراغه یکی از شهرهای مهم و بزرگ استان آذربایجان شرقی و مرکز اداری شهرستان مراغه است. این شهر در کنار رودخانه صوفی چای و در دامنه جنوبی کوه سهند قرار دارد. مراغه با ۲۵٫۹۷ کیلومتر مربع مساحت در سال ۱۳۹۰ خورشیدی، دومین شهر بزرگ و پرجمعیت استان پس از تبریز به شمار می‌‌رود. این شهر در ۱۳۵ کیلومتری جنوب مرکز استان واقع شده است/Maragheh is one of the major cities of East Azerbaijan province and administrative center of Maragheh city. It is located by the Sufi Chai River on the southern slope of Sahand Mountain. Maragheh is the second largest city in the province after Tabriz. The city is located 2 kilometers south of the center of the province.
